Yesterday, Dena and I participated in a charity golf tournament at Grand Valley. A portion of the proceeds from the tournament go to the Kidney Foundation of Canada. The weather was perfect and our team came in sixth place, shooting even. We were -2 with five holes remaining but we fell apart. Either way, it was fun and for a good cause.

good for u, the closest thing i get to a golf course these days is a golden tee machine in the pub.

I’ve managed to get at least one round per week in this summer. I’m lucky to live in an area with plenty of affordable courses within close proximity. Having a wife who likes to golf comes in handy, too

I’ve managed to play once this year prior to Labour Day, which is once more than I played last year. After 9 years working at a golf course this could be considered “withdrawl”.
Also, golfing with my father might be considered as some form of torture.
