TechnoratiNow this is a good idea, and it’s from local yokels! IMS in Waterloo has created the world’s first solution for hands-free and (more importantly, I believe) eyes-free email communication for when you’re driving. They call it the iLane. It works via Bluetooth with smart phones and Blackberry’s (another Waterloo invention).
The great thing about this device is that it will probably help in reducing accidents caused by drivers that become distracted while driving. The funny side effect is that we’ll see more people who appear to be talking to themselves in traffic
