I know that it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything of value. In my defense, I’ve been busy: contract work, home improvements, visitors, Pat and Jen’s wedding, and other stuff. However, I have managed to find time to log into Facebook to see what everybody else has been up to. Now that Facebook provides an API for 3rd parties, I’ve been deluged by requests to add a bunch of “apps”: Zombie, Horoscope, Top Friends and the list goes on. Since I don’t want all these apps cluttering my view, I’ve declined them by clicking the “ignore” button on the requests page. In doing so, I noticed a spelling error:
The word “declined” is missing the “l”. I’d love to point out this minor oversight to Facebook staff, but the only way I see to get a whole of them is to email them at their address dedicated to privacy issues or generic info address.
